Daniela Heipel joins the Management Board at GFA SysCom

As of May 2024, Daniela Heipel has joined the Management Board of GFA SysCom GmbH. She brings with her ten years of experience as a consultant and portfolio manager in the education and skills sector at GFA.

In this role, she has acquired and implemented projects worldwide for GIZ, the EU, and development banks, and has provided consultancy as a short-term expert in education and vocational training projects. Daniela will be working alongside Managing Director Andreas Hentzien, who brings extensive experience in successfully leading and steering the company, its team, and its services over the years. “We are looking forward to our collaborative leadership as we continue to grow,” both commented.

Since 2016, Daniela has held various positions in IT and digitalisation. She was responsible for implementing IT projects for DAX-listed corporations in the automotive, life sciences, and logistics sectors within custom software development. She advised on digitalisation potentials and developed digital strategies. Over the past two years, she has been part of the leadership team of a SaaS company that develops and distributes innovative digital products for digital participation, with a focus on digital business models, operations, and sales.
Daniela holds two degrees – a diploma and an MBA – is a passionate advocate of digital innovation, and is well-versed in agile software development methods.
