Project description
The project aims to promote women’s employment and economic empowerment in Kenya’s waste management and circular economy sectors. Co-funded by the IKEA Foundation under the WE4D programme, it focuses on strengthening micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), especially those led by women, through capacity building, gender-responsive training, improved access to markets and equipment, and the adoption of circular business models.
