Launch of Tanzanian National Water Policy

On 22 March, to mark World Water Day, Isabelle Poulet of GFA Consulting Group GmbH and Eng. Ngwisa Mpembe of GKW Consult GmbH attended the launch of Tanzania’s National Water Policy 2025.

The event was chaired by Her Excellency Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan, President of the United Republic of Tanzania. The revised policy highlights the importance of private sector engagement, attracting private investment, and adapting to mitigate the impacts of climate change. GFA Consulting Group stands ready to collaborate with the Tanzanian Ministry of Water, water utilities, and water catchment authorities to support the effective implementation of this policy.
