We are committed to our employees. Our colleagues in the Human Resources Department (HR) take care of this. What began as a small, dedicated HR unit in 1982 has grown into an international department for personnel and organisational development, centrally hosted at GFA Holding AG. These HR colleagues start from a clear focus on the well-being of our employees and their lifelong development. • We facilitate a smooth on-boarding process for new employees, so they settle in well and receive optimal support from the very beginning.

• We provide continuous professional and personal development for our employees. Our Learning & Development (L&D) opportunities offer the tools, resources and learning formats that support employees in their professional, personal, and value-based development and career planning.

• We make sure that salaries are calculated reliably and paid on time. We provide support in all matters relating to social security (e.g., maternity leave, parental leave, return to work) and other family-friendly benefits, and advise on legal and financial issues.
